Orders & pricing
Prices are shown per unit in Chinese yuan (¥) and drop automatically at the quantity thresholds shown on each product page. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by email once payment is received (or, for bank transfer, once we've reconciled it).
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer into the collection account shown at checkout. Card, WeChat Pay and Alipay are listed at checkout but are not available yet; payment for an order is only taken into account once the transfer is received, which usually takes 2 to 7 days after it is made. Where a card gateway is enabled later, it is operated by our payment provider under their own terms.
Shipping & duties
Freight is quoted at checkout for your destination; orders over 500 kg chargeable weight are quoted by hand before anything is charged. Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility and are payable to the carrier on arrival — see Shipping & duties.
Returns
See our Returns page — self-service returns aren't available yet; contact us for damaged, short or incorrect orders.
Liability
We're liable for the value of your order and reasonable freight costs where something on our side goes wrong. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business changes; the version in effect is the one shown here at the time you place an order.
