Self-service returns aren't available yet. If an order arrives damaged, short, or wrong, contact us with the order number and photos and we'll sort out a replacement, credit or refund by hand.

Every product ships with its test report (EN71 / CE / ASTM F963 as applicable) — check the product page for the certification that applies to your order.
